1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and becric ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of all services, products, and features available at becric.bid and any associated subdomains or applications.
By completing the registration process, accessing any part of the Platform, depositing funds, placing a bet, or participating in any promotional offer, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any bonus-specific terms published on the Platform at the time of the relevant offer.
Important: If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account, access the Platform, or use any of the services offered by becric. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are written in English and the English-language version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency with any translation or summary.
2 Eligibility and Registration
Access to and use of the becric Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and continuously maintained throughout the duration of your account:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. becric operates a strict 18+ policy and does not permit minors to register or use any part of the Platform under any circumstances.
- You must be physically located in Bangladesh at the time of registration and when placing bets or accessing casino games.
- You must not be subject to any legal prohibition that prevents you from entering into a binding agreement or participating in online gambling activities.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. Provision of false information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds held.
- You must not register more than one account. Each player is permitted a single active account on becric. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances may be forfeited.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of becric or any of its affiliated partners or game providers.
becric reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any stage. Acceptable documents include national identity cards, passports, driving licences, and utility bills issued within the last three months. Accounts may be restricted pending satisfactory completion of verification. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is complete.
Age Verification: becric employs automated and manual age verification procedures. If there is any reasonable doubt about a player's age, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification. Any winnings accrued by a player who is subsequently found to be under 18 years of age will be forfeited in full.
3 Account Rules and Security
Upon successful registration, becric will create a single player account in your name. The following rules apply to all becric accounts:
- Account ownership: Your account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any third party. Playing on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
- Login credentials: You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. becric will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
- Unauthorised access: If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify becric immediately at [email protected]. becric will investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the account pending resolution.
- Account currency: All becric accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are all processed in BDT.
- Inactive accounts: An account that has not recorded any login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be designated as dormant. becric will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder before applying any dormant account administration fee. Full details of the dormant account policy will be communicated to the registered email address on file.
becric reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks at any time, including requests for source-of-funds documentation, in order to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and to protect the integrity of the Platform.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on becric are processed in BDT. The Platform supports the following payment methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
4.1 Deposits
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Minimum deposit amounts for card payments may differ and are displayed at the point of transaction.
- Deposits are credited to your becric account balance in real time following confirmation from the payment provider. becric is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
- All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
- becric does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Players are advised to check with their mobile banking provider before initiating a deposit.
4.2 Withdrawals
- Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. All documentation requested under Section 2 must be provided and approved before a withdrawal can be processed.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where the method supports outgoing transfers. Where this is not technically possible, becric will notify the player and arrange an alternative method.
- Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements as set out in Section 6. Funds that have not satisfied their applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
- becric reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Processing times are subject to the completion of any such checks.
- In the event of a disputed transaction, becric may place a temporary hold on the relevant withdrawal pending resolution of the dispute.
Anti-Money Laundering Notice: becric is committed to preventing the use of the Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. Suspicious transaction patterns — including repeated deposits and withdrawals without commensurate gaming activity — will be investigated and may be reported to relevant authorities. Accounts involved in such activity will be suspended.
5 Betting and Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the becric Platform, including sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other covered sports), live casino games (blackjack, baccarat, roulette, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar), RNG slot games, and any other product available on the Platform.
- Sufficient balance: Bets and wagers may only be placed using cleared funds available in your account balance. becric does not extend credit to players under any circumstances.
- Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by the Platform. becric reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including bets placed after an event has commenced where live data feeds have experienced a delay.
- Odds and results: Odds are displayed at the time the bet is placed. For pre-match bets, the odds at the time of placement are binding. For in-play bets, odds are subject to fluctuation until acceptance is confirmed. Final results are determined by the official governing body of the relevant sport or competition.
- Void bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, abandonment, player injury prior to the event commencing, or where becric has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed based on information that was not publicly available at the time of placement.
- Casino game rules: Each casino game operates according to its own published rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In all cases of conflict between a game's displayed rules and these Terms, the game's published rules govern gameplay, and these Terms govern all account, financial, and conduct matters.
- RNG certification: All becric RNG-based games (slots and table games without a live dealer) use certified random number generation technology. Certification details are available on request from the support team.
- Maximum payout limits: Winnings from a single bet or gaming session may be subject to maximum payout limits. Where a limit applies, it will be disclosed in the relevant game rules or betting market terms. becric reserves the right to apply such limits retroactively where they were not displayed due to a technical error.
6 Bonuses and Promotions
becric offers bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any offer-specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:
- Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria (including minimum deposit amounts, qualifying games, and geographic restrictions) are specified in each offer's terms.
- All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, qualifying games, minimum odds (for sports bets), and time window are stated in each offer's specific terms.
- Unless explicitly stated otherwise in an offer's terms, bonus funds must be wagered before real-money funds. Where both bonus and real-money balances are present in an account simultaneously, the order of use will be disclosed in the relevant offer terms.
- becric reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where an offer is withdrawn, players who have already opted in and met the deposit requirement will retain any bonus funds already credited, subject to the original wagering terms.
- Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using bonus funds to place low-risk or hedged bets designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit offer structures — will result in the forfeiture of any bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
- becric does not guarantee the availability of any specific promotional offer. Promotions targeting Bangladeshi seasonal events (such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, or ICC tournaments) are time-limited and subject to separate terms.

7 Responsible Gaming
becric is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all registered players:
- Age restriction: The Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. becric employs verification measures to enforce this restriction and will immediately suspend any account where there is a reasonable suspicion that the holder is under 18.
- Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
- Session time limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out. Session time limit changes take effect at the start of the next session.
- Loss limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold for a defined period. Once the threshold is reached, further betting and gaming will be suspended until the period resets or the player contacts support to review their limit.
- Self-exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is having a detrimental effect on their wellbeing may request self-exclusion for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to [email protected] or via live chat. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request being processed. During a self-exclusion period, the player must not attempt to open a new account on the Platform. Any account opened in violation of a self-exclusion will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited.

8 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the becric Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended and may have their funds withheld pending investigation:
- Opening or operating more than one account, whether personally or through a third party acting on your behalf.
- Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
- Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or pricing mistake on the Platform. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
- Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider betting — including placing bets based on non-public information about the outcome of a sporting event.
- Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
- Attempting to circumvent any self-exclusion, account restriction, or limit imposed by becric or requested by the player.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing the becric support team or other players through any communication channel associated with the Platform.
- Sharing your account access with any third party or accepting access to another player's account.
9 Intellectual Property
All content on the becric Platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, logos, text, data compilations, and game content — is the exclusive property of becric or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from becric.
- Use any becric trademark, trade name, logo, or branding in any context outside of the Platform without prior written consent.
- Scrape, index, or systematically download any data from the Platform using automated means.
All intellectual property rights in game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remain the property of their respective owners and are used by becric under licence.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, becric's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your becric account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
becric shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, whether or not such loss was foreseeable at the time it arose:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
- Loss of business or business opportunity.
- Loss of data or corruption of data.
- Indirect, consequential, or special loss of any kind.
- Loss arising from service interruptions, technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues outside becric's reasonable control.
becric does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions; becric will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
Force Majeure: becric shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, telecommunications failures, or other circumstances constituting force majeure.
11 Privacy and Data
becric collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
Personal data collected during registration and ongoing use of the Platform is used for the following purposes:
- Account creation, authentication, and security.
- Processing deposits, withdrawals, and financial transactions.
- Compliance with identity verification and anti-money laundering obligations.
- Delivery of promotional communications (where you have opted in to receive them).
- Improving Platform functionality and personalising the player experience.
- Responsible gaming monitoring and intervention where required.
becric does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment providers, identity verification partners, and regulatory authorities where required by law or these Terms. Full details are available in the Privacy Policy.
12 Amendments to Terms
becric reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, becric will provide notice via the registered email address associated with your account and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised to reflect the date on which the most recent changes took effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 3. Any funds held in your account at the time of closure will be returned following the completion of applicable verification requirements.
13 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. becric operates as a platform targeting the Bangladesh market and makes no representation that the services described herein are appropriate or available in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh.
In the event of any dispute between you and becric arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through direct communication with the becric support team in the first instance. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the dispute resolution procedures communicated by becric at the time the dispute is escalated.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable Bangladeshi law.
